Chat Module description
Our system module helps with automation in the creation and visualization of predictions. And that's not all it can do. We can deploy one of our internally developed prediction algorithms into the Prediction module, integrate your own or an external one. We can also develop an algorithm tailored to your needs. We have experience with predicting electricity consumption based on forecasts of sunlight, wind, market demand movements and other variables. In production, we can predict the risk of machine downtime based on measured data.
Otazník What does the module enable?
The Prediction module focuses on automating predictions, specifically downloading input data for predictions from external sources, removing errors from input data, automatically starting the prediction algorithm, saving results to the database and subsequent display in the EASYCON PRO system. The module allows for simple operation of prediction algorithms, for example by setting the length of the prediction period, the period of the output predicted series, prediction start times and other parameters.
Plus Expansion options
When used together with the Flexibility module, it is possible to predict energy consumption. When connected to the OEE module, a system is created that can provide not only predictive maintenance in the company, but also production planning, resource utilization analysis and detailed data for optimization. In combination with Workspace, individual time series can be displayed in the system in complex graphs and tables, and you can create your own reports, including new time series using basic mathematical operations.
