Chat Module description
Our module provides data collection and monitoring of production lines, including visualization of key metrics productivity, quality, availability and performance in real time. The OEE module covers a complete platform for data collection, transmission and visualization in the EASYCON PRO system. We digitalize production machines by directly connecting them to PLC units, as well as analog sensors. We transfer data using our own switchboard in an encrypted way to the database on the server. In the EASYCON PRO system, you have all production data available online anytime and anywhere.
Otazník What does the module enable?
The main benefit of the software part of the OEE module is the real-time comparison of measured data from analog sensors or PLC machines with planned values. The OEE module provides data collection and monitoring of production lines, including visualization of key metrics of productivity, quality, availability and performance. The solution is not limited to productivity data, but also provides monitoring and possible alarm messages. The most frequently monitored variables include temperature, pressure, operating hours and others. Data collection is provided by the ESCON switchboard, which can communicate in a period of up to a second. We support all standard communication protocols, most often we use MODBUS or OPC UA. Communication is backed up using LTE and encrypted. The solution can run either in our cloud or directly on your server. In addition to performance analysis, the module extends into quality management, maintenance management and planning. Due to the overlaps, we can expose all data in the system using an API, or also automatically download data to our system, for example from ERP.
Plus Expansion options
Time series can be viewed in detail in Workspace, where you can create your own reports and graphs, including new time series using basic mathematical operations. The module can also be integrated with the Prediction module to ensure predictive maintenance of machines. Thanks to the measured data, we will help you predict downtimes and failures.
